Crazy Days

The one and only photo I took at the air show last week. 

It has been a crazy couple of days - no downtime to post an entry, so will try and catch up tonight.  Roger, Andy, Grant and Cheri are all at a Pensacola Blue Wahoos baseball game and I am home alone!  Well, almost.  It's me and Maggs.  The Wahoos are a AA team and they have a nice stadium down by the water at the port of Pensacola.  They are a farm team in the Southern League and are affiliated right now with the Cincinnati Reds.   (Blue Wahoos are big ocean fish, just so you know.)

Cheri and Grant got here about 3pm on Saturday.  Pam, Andy and Kinsey were already here so we had a full house the rest of the afternoon.  It's been a long time - about two and a half years - since we've all been together and since Roger has seen his sister.  It was here that we met up last time, too.  It's fun to catch up!  

We spent yesterday afternoon at the museum.  Kinsey loves it and climbs in all the available airplane cockpits and plays in the kids area.  She also likes the simulators and Andy took her into two.  The rest of us declined.   They looked a bit too stomach turning to the rest of us.

Today we had no visit from the kids and kidlet, but spent the day with Cheri and Grant - we had a trip to the ice cream parlor and then to the Walmart to get more groceries!  Everyone rested this afternoon for their long night tonight at the ball game.  

Not sure what's on the agenda for tomorrow.

Maggie decided to destroy the rest of the screen door today while we were out.  She also dumped all the trash in the bathroom container, knocked over a gallon jug of distilled water I use for tea.  The water was in the jug when we left, but all over the floor when we got home.   Today was the worst mess we have ever come home to.   She was quite upset we left her.
