.....Two days with nothing of interest to report.
It rained yesterday so I decided it was a good time to do the turbo tax thing since I was going nowhere. Usually I do it on line at turbo tax and it downloads all my info into the new year calculations. Well, because of the internet issues here and everyone was stuck inside and on their computers, and the fact it isn't in the least secure, I bought a download from Amazon so I could work on the computer. The download and then the updates took forever - well, about two hours. Of course, there's no personal info in there, so I had to input everything from scratch. That wasn't too bad - we don't have that many sources of income, but it took some time. So, now it's ready to upload from our Schwab account the middle of the month and then we are good to go. I'll just have to do it on the hotspot and not the internet.
We did go to the library yesterday and pick up my book club book (which I had a hard time putting down at lights out last night) and then we both lost all will power and went to the dairy queen. First time since we went on the no/low sugar kick. It was sooo good.
Today our friend Eileen brought us baby bundt cakes. Couldn't say no. Talk about a sugar high.
Intermittent sun today and in the low 70s. Got to spend time outside and visited with several neighbors as everyone else was outside, too. Didn't leave the park.
No coyote sightings today but last night when Rog took Maggs out after dinner he could hear them. He said, Maggie peed, hopped up and ran to the RV. She wasn't spending any more time than necessary outside in the twilight.
Finishing up season 2 of Homeland tonight and have season 3 on hold at the library. Hope to get it before we leave.
